Personal Update
Biathlon Training in Lenzerheide, Switzerland
I was happy to celebrate the publication of my 2nd book in January, as Run Faster: Unlock Your Speed in 8 Weeks launched on SEAL Grinder PT. A good friend of mine, Brad McLeod, owns this company, and I love how he has brought together a diverse team of coaches to share their speciality with the community he has built over the years. 

January brought more cold water lake swims, which offered the confidence that swimming in 5C/40F water is possible! I also finally got a chance to try out the sport of Biathlon–huge respect to the athletes in this sport!

Lastly, I’m now in post-production from my 3rd book, Hill Running: Survive & Thrive. We’re looking at mid-May for a launch party in Zurich, to coincide with a release on Amazon. Until then, lots of swim and ruck training in preparation for the Epic Charity Challenge in Normandy in June!
