Personal Update
My broken toe unraveled my summer ultra running plans, but at the same time opened a door to new experiences. As soon as my toe healed enough to swim, I was back in the lake enjoying the clear and refreshing water of the Zürisee. Thankfully, hiking wasn’t too painful, so I didn’t miss a chance to show some incredible scenery to my old coaching buddy, Rick, on his first visit to Switzerland. Becky also enjoyed guiding me up my first Klettersteig and we capture a bit of this cool adventure on video.
By the way, I’m happy to announce that I’m working with SEAL Grinder PT in the future to share my coaching insights and some new products with their awesome community. That starts with supporting my good friend and nutrition coach Danielle Gordon with her 90-Day Clean and Healthy Eating online course that launches on August 1st. If you’re looking for nutrition motivation and guidance this summer, check it out here.
