My digest is a collection of inspirational and instructional resources I find interesting and wish to share, including my latest content. To save you time, I pen a quick preview & highlight the key parts to check out.

Themes in this issue: When conquering the useless enriches our lives more than attempting to master everything, the science of aging as an athlete, and a body weight squat challenge for October.
Check out my previews and let me know what resonates with you or if you’d like a sounding board or any virtual support in what you’re pursuing in life!

Personal Update
It’s autumn in the Alps and I’m looking forward to a few more runs and bike rides in the mountains before the first days of snow arrive! My focus lately has been split between an intensive German language course (studying for the B2 exam in November), developing a new online running course for SEAL Grinder PT, and preparing to teach more yoga and workshops this autumn in Zürich.
Details on the workshops are below if you’re interested in joining! Please drop me a note if you’re in Zürich and would like to join one of my yoga classes during the month.
Thanks for reading — wishing you the best!
