My digest is a collection of inspirational and instructional resources I find interesting and wish to share, including my latest content. To save you time, I pen a quick preview & highlight the key parts to check out.

This issue’s theme is creating stillness in your mind. That, and push-ups–for a solid springtime trio of hard body, soft heart and still mind! 
A quick mind training reminder: changing even one of your daily variables (environment, patterns, thoughts, movements, language) offers a great chance to spark creativity and problem-solving.
With that in mind, I have a quick question for you: what are you doing that’s NEW this week? If you have an answer, please reply and share it with me. 
If you don’t have answer (yet), dream up something new and do it. It doesn’t have to be complex (see a dozen examples in my March Challenge article). Give this a go and watch what happens with your thinking.

Personal Update
I finished my last long run before the Zürich Marathon (April 9th) last weekend, a nearly 4-hour jaunt through the hills and along the lake near my home in Richterswil, Switzerland. I’m feeling good and looking forward to my first marathon in 8 years in just a couple weeks. I’m already mentally preparing for the weather to look nothing like this photo, so I’ll plan to have a fun snowy marathon and enjoy whatever nature offers that day!
