My digest is a collection of inspirational and instructional resources I find interesting and wish to share, including my latest content. To save you time, I pen a quick preview & highlight the key parts to check out.

Ever had your ego kicked to the ground? I have many times. The latest was yesterday. I ran a ½ Marathon in training and it took almost TWO TIMES as long as my PB of 90 minutes. Boom! Down goes the ego.
I found my time quite discouraging, but my discouragement lasted all of 10 minutes. I replaced it with gratitude–that I finished a tough run & that my comeback training is on track. Moments later came the FIRE–a intense burning desire to rebuild and fight to get my running form back. 
I could dream up 100 excuses for my slow legs, but ACTION is the only way forward. Action expressed via disciplined training, wise choices with nutrition, proper rest & a strong mind. H
