Personal Update
I just wrapped up a huge month of comeback training. I stuck to my planning (taking my own coaching “medicine” daily) and made solid progress, but I reached the final days of the month exhausted. It was a good reminder to get enough sleep and take rest days when you need them!
A highlight of the month was doing a freezing photo shoot in summer clothes, as we needed a new photo for a revised book cover and decided to shoot it regardless of weather. It made for an exhilarating running experience to say the least. We’ll use a photo from this shoot for the new cover that I’ll debut on a charity coaching and book giveaway tour in South Africa in early March.
My mind and flow training focus continues as well, with ukulele the latest instrument I’ve started to study. You’re welcome to check out my “out of comfort zone” training on Instagram, as I fully believe that getting out of your comfort zone in one area of life fosters the spirit of doing it across all areas!
